Facility More field trips Dismissal process It is interesting to note that the most frequent answer last year to the open response question, “What do you like most about MLK Charter School?” was student uniforms. This answer was followed by others that closely reflected the school’s mission of academic excellence, character development and beloved community. This year, only 6% of respondents mentioned student uniforms in answer to that question. It seems that there has been a shift in strengthening parent support of the school’s mission with student uniforms being a factor in the support of the overall culture rather than driving it. --------- 2007 Parent Satisfaction Survey Surveys were sent home with students in March, 2007.
